Most Box Suppliers Don't Make Boxes
Here's what most buyers don't realise… the company you order from usually isn't the company that makes your boxes. They're middlemen. They buy from whichever factory has stock that month, add their margin and sell it under the same product code.
So when the factory changes the board, your box changes with it. When stock gets tight, you find out on delivery day. And when the factory's prices go up, the rise gets passed on to you with a bit extra.

BoxPac is the manufacturer. Your boxes are made on our own line, by our own UK manufacturing group, with nobody in between.
That means the board, the stock and the price are ours to control. The box you reorder in November is the box you tested in October.

Free samples are available for any size in our range. You pay the postage, and if you order samples before 2pm they'll be dispatched the same day. Put our box next to the one you use now, fill it, stack it and push on the corners. You'll know in a minute whether it's right for your bench.

Custom print options
Printed with your logo, or your client's
We print boxes, mailers and envelopes with your own branding or your client brands' artwork. Tell us the box, the quantity and what you want printed, and we'll come back with a price, a proof and a lead time. Reorders are printed to the same spec as the last run, so the branding stays consistent from batch to batch.
The BoxPac Facility
Our boxes are made at our manufacturing group's 170,000 square foot production facility in Rochford, Essex, on London's doorstep. With manufacturing, stock and dispatch under one roof, we hold deeper stock on every line, so the sizes your operation relies on stay on the shelf when order volumes spike.

Every order matches the board specification stated on the product page: board type, flute, grade and internal size (within ±5mm). Report any mismatch within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace the boxes free, including delivery. Full terms
*60-day price hold
Reorder the same product in the same quantity tier (1–9, 10–19, 20–49 or 50+ packs) within 60 days of your last order and you pay the same unit price, ex VAT. Claim it by email or phone with your company name or order number. Full terms
*In stock means on the shelf
Order an in-stock item before 2pm Monday to Friday and it's dispatched the same working day. Excludes custom print, and pallets are booked for delivery within 2 working days. Full terms
Questions trade buyers ask us
Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
BoxPac is the trade shop of a UK packaging manufacturing group. Our boxes, postal boxes and mailers are made by the group, which is why we can promise the same board on every reorder.
Is everything on the site really in stock?
Yes. If a size shows as in stock, it's physically on the shelf and ready to ship. If something sells out, the product page shows Due soon before you order.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Order by 2pm on a working day and it's dispatched the same day. Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses and usually arrives the next working day.
Will the price be the same when I reorder?
Reorder the same product in the same quantity tier within 60 days of your last order and you pay the same unit price. See the price hold small print.
What happens if a delivery arrives short, crushed or wrong?
Ring or email us with a photo and the replacements leave the same working day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, £75 ex VAT per order. Buy more, pay less per pack, with lower prices at 10, 20 and 50 packs. We can quote pallet quantities on request.
Can I buy by the pallet?
Yes. Put the sizes and quantities on the quote form and we'll price it by the pallet.
Can I get samples before I order?
Yes. Samples of any size in the range are free; you just pay the postage. Ask before 2pm and they go out the same day.
Do you offer trade credit accounts?
Yes, Trade accounts are available on request. Now you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
What's the difference between single wall and double wall boxes?
Single wall boxes have one layer of board. They're lighter, cheaper and right for most everyday orders. Double wall boxes have two, so they're stronger and stack better, which is what you want for heavy, fragile or high-value stock.

Yes. Tell us the box, the quantity and your artwork on the quote form, and we'll come back with a price, a proof and a lead time.
